Marking Inline Comment as done creates comment transaction

Description

I marked a comment as "done" which then in my newsfeed created a comment transaction:

pasted_file (84×394 px, 14 KB)

Even though I didn't actually say anything. Not sure if this is the expected behavior.

I can't reproduce this at HEAD, presuming it was resolved some time in the last year.

Here's what I tired:

  • Added an inline.
  • Then, in a separate transaction, marked it "done".
