Feed issue detected through PhabricatorBotFeedNotificationHandler when a Ponder answer is added

Description

Currently, if a PhabricatorBot is launched with the PhabricatorBotFeedNotificationHandler, and an answer is added to Ponder, the notification shows like this:

00:03:32 < Lorem> ipsum answered <a href="/Q1#A1" class="phui-handle">Q1: Dolor sit nunc abuntur ?</a>

Other notifications for Ponder work as expected:

00:00:29 < Lorem> ipsum asked a question: Q1: Dolor sit nunc abuntur ?
00:03:27 < Lorem> ipsum edited the description of Q1: Dolor sit nunc abuntur ?

Also we're not sure why people use Ponder, so if you have thoughts on that, leave them on T3578.

I'd be curious if this naturally resolved with modernizing during the unbeta process.
