Repro steps:

• Create and verify an alternate email at https://secure.phabricator.com/settings/panel/email/
• Create a personal Herald rule

You can choose "Send me an email" but that will only go to your primary email address. I would like to be able to select which of my (verified) emails it should send to. Basically, I want different Herald rules to trigger emails to myemail+differenttag@gmail.com so that I can easily filter them in my inbox.
