Not sure if we need this, but we could have an option to convert rooms into threads and vice versa:

• When going room -> thread, all the policies just lock. The only surprising part is that everyone becomes an admin, might be worth popping a warning dialog.
• When going thread -> room, you'd have to pick policies and may have to pick a room name.

I think this is technically straightforward, I'm just not sure if it's valuable.
