Resigning from a revision generates two similar transactions

Description

I am not sure if this is intentional, but it seems a little odd to me. If I resign from a differential, two transactions are generated:

  • joshuaspence resigned from this revision
  • joshuaspence removed a reviewer: joshuaspence

To me, the first transaction is much stronger and more descriptive than the second.
