"Cancel" button on required signature page should be "Log Out"

Description

If a document is marked as "users must sign this", we should replace the "cancel" button (which currently does nothing) with a "Log Out" button that takes you to the logout workflow.

It would also be nice to have the submit button keep you on the same page and then redirect back to the same page again after signing completed.

Right now, when you log in, you'll sign and then end up on the "you signed this on X" page, but there's no way forward from there. It would be better if you ended up on Home or whatever page you were trying to visit.
