Show error in Conpherece dialog if no "to" is specified

Description

If you attempt to create a new conpherence thread but do not enter in anything in the "to" field you can still click send message which closes the dialog, then re-opens it and does not show any error about requiring something in the "to" field.

Lets show a nice big error message!
