Workboards ignore invalid filters

Description

If you enter an invalid filter in a "Custom Filter", it is just silently ignored. For example, I created a custom filter for "Updated after: one week ago" and it seemed to show me more results than I had expected. I entered the same query in Maniphest → Advanced and got a query error. If I enter the workboard filter as "Updated after: 1 week ago" then it works as expected.
