Unable to search instance members.

Description

On the page on Phacility where you manage users, you have the ability to "Edit Queries" or "Advanced Search".

Except you can't. They both 404.

The only search option I can think of that would be useful is searching by username and real name.

We should fix the bad URIs, which are probably just me derping.

Not sure if expanding the search is really useful at this point. Maybe just get your feet wet in Instances by fixing the URIs and we'll leave search stuff for later?
