Remarkup should have an "Link Wiki page" button with typeahead

Description

It'd be nice if the Remarkup editor had a button to add a link to a wiki page, with a typeahead lookup for finding the right page. At the moment to add a link you have to find the page, copy the URL and cut off the start of the URL and add the proper braces to get the right result.

In general I think the Remarkup bar is very noob-ish, that is that the features only are useful if you are new to Phabricator. It'd be nice to build some sort of 'search typeahead shortcut' into it for referencing any object (not simply Phriction) quickly without leaving the page. I frequently have to juggle multiple tabs when looks up related tasks and diffs.
