Description

A search for "create a task" (with double quotes) should result in a list pages that have the exact phrase. Currently "create" AND "a" AND "project" seems to be provided instead.

Yeah, this is specific to ElasticSearch -- exact phrase search works on this install with the MySQL backend T6747.

T6747 and T6740 are vaguely related.
