When I visit a page like http://phabricator.khanacademy.org/D14564?vs=43062, and there are a bunch of comments that were made against 43062, the comment-summary at the top lists those comments with arrows next to the line-numbers, and the line-numbers link to pages like this: http://phabricator.khanacademy.org/D14564?id=43062#inline-95737

This requires a new page load to load id 43062. However, the comment is already present on the original page, it's just on the left-side pane rather than the right-side pane.

So my feature request is that if a comment is made against an id that's present in the 'vs' field, have the link stay on the same page, and jump to the comment in the left pane, rather than loading a new page where the comment is in the right pane.
