Could you add the ability to create Herald rules to set automatically this custom field ?
We would like to add for example the custom field "CRITICAL" (yes/no) and create a rule that set the field to "yes" if some critical keywords are detected (password, crypt, ssl, csrf, xss, eval, cardcode, serialize, ...)
