Criticity metric on differentials

Description

It could be very useful to affect a criticity to the differential according to their content.

For example, when it is just an orthographic correction, when it is just a new WEB page implementation or when is a refactorizaion of the application core, the differential criticity could be a very good metric.

This isn't something we'd likely pursue in the upstream. If it's important you can add your own Custom Field in Differential. T3794 and T418 are likely the tasks you'd be interested in.
