Users whose usernames already exist in the phabricator database cannot be imported anyway.
So just skip over them when displaying the search results on the ldap import tool.

I know the whole ldap thing is going to be refactored somewhen anyway but this is a simple quick fix that makes keeping the users in sync easier.
