When opening phortune, you have a box on the right called "Add payment method."
Clicking it results in an unhandled exception: "There are no payment providers enabled that can add payment methods."
It would be better to give some explanation or if admin prompt to add method

It's not disabled on our install (should be, but that's our issue). Was just following the links :)
I would disable the app, it's not really ready for bug reporting - since like, everything is broken and that's expected.
Actually, it's probably handy to track this and provide an explanation. We shouldn't remove the button.
