Please check the screen shot
Only two rows have been changed, but why whole file marked as changed, it is hard for code review.

The line ending of every line was changed from \r\n to \n, which is why the whole file appears to be changed.

can we ignore this by such setting just like ignore whitespace

I think it caused by some editor difference.
