Show Phriction Pages in Search Typeahead

Description

Phriction articles are returned in Advanced Search, but not in the typeahead. An example here might be "Companies Using Phabricator".

Oh, this is for search? My bad. There is nothing special about project searching, the hash is just ignored, isn't it?

We don't have a typeahead-friendly index for articles right now, but can do this in the future. It probably won't happen before other infrastructure work like T4029.

We are starting with phabricator and would really like this feature.
