What phone/browser are you using? /file/upload/ works for me (Chrome + Android)

Android Moto X.

I have no clube how to attach files throu my phone. I see an upload button (little cloud with a upwards arrow). When I click on it it says I should drag and drop which does not seem to make sense while using most of smart phones.

Until T5187, you can probably go to /file/upload/ and then type {Fnnn} into the text area.
