Workboards: when drag 'n dropping a task, scroll the page when the cursor is at the screen edges

Description

Right now it is a little difficult to move things between columns when one of the column is off-screen (we have like 8 columns).
If the page would scroll when you're at the edge of the screen while dragging a task, you could 'reach' offscreen columns.
