Description

It could be useful to add a tuple type to PhutilTypeSpec. Example usage:

  • tuple<string, int, SomeClass>
  • tuple<string, string> (or pair<string, string>
  • tuple<int>

I think tuple<int> should accept singleton arrays (like array(1) -- but reject array(1, 1)), not be identical to list<int>. Seems good otherwise.
