Description

Seems like all the other apps that have "Visibly To" also have "Editable by".

In our case this would be quite useful as we leverage Paste to store mini scripts that get downloaded to the build system (without going into details using a repo would be overkilled and quite more maintenance).

I don't think there's any technical or product reason not to support this. Long ago pastes were immutable because it was a lot of work to make them mutable, but they're mutable now since we did that work.
