At the moment the only way to add project reviewers is to use global rules. It'd be nice if members of projects could create rules to register the projects that they are a member of as reviewers, so that we don't have to give people global rule access (which means they can also trigger build plans).

Comment ActionsWe don't have any current customer interest in this as far as I'm aware. We could revisit this in the future, but I'd like better / more modern use cases (e.g., that aren't addressed by an approach with Owners).
