Description

Can't provide too much debug info as I am on my mobile, but it looks like rPae4a687da3a2c8b4bb63a8a1187b90d106b546ca is stuck in the "Importing" state.

I just reparsed this manually, I couldn't immediately turn up any logs that were diagnostically useful for figuring out why it didn't import. There's a bunch of stuff in queue that will give us better diagnostics if this happens again.

I am also appeared the question，after when I upgrade the phabricator server.Is there a solution now?
