Description

We have a test case which detects when the src/__phutil_library_map__.php file is stale (in PhabricatorInfrastructureTestCase::testEverythingImplemented). It shouldn't be too difficult (I think) to have a similar test case for the Celerity map file (resources/celerity/map.php).
