The "anyone can register an account" warning in Auth is overbroad, and shows even if you have no providers with registration configured.

While I worry about removing the warning entirely (since it could be missed if it only shows up at the tail end of the workflow) it could be more tailored in distinguishing between "anyone can register an account (right now)" and "anyone will be able to register an account (with any registration-enabled providers you create)".
