Graphviz is already supported and may suite your needs. D7332: Implement Graphviz, Figlet and Cowsay as Remarkup interpreter blocks

I installed figlet, cowsay and Graphviz, but phabricator reports:

Unable to locate the `figlet` binary. Install figlet.
Unable to locate the `cowsay` binary. Install cowsay.
Unable to locate the `dot` binary. Install Graphviz.

@fzhan try bin/cache purge --purge-remarkup first?

I don't anticipate implementing these in the upstream. Remarkup is extensible enough that these could be implemented as extensions.
