Description

If you click the search icon in the top bar without touching the placeholder text, you get a list of results with the "search" word: https://secure.phabricator.com/search/query/x9vr3LEBz6mI/#R

This is probably not what the user was expecting. It would make more sense to jump to Advanced search, https://secure.phabricator.com/search/query/advanced/
