When editing a transactional comment with inline comments, inline comments disappear after saving changes

Description

Recently, support for editing comments on diffs was added (yay!). I found a bug where editing a comment that contains inline comments, makes the inline comment disappear when the changes are saved:

Note: the inline comment is still listed on the line where the comment was originally posted.

If you reload the page, they should come back. I think this is just T4608. Let me know if that's not the case.
