When re-prioritizing a task on a workboard, it should change position in the column if appropos

Description

Suppose you have a column like

high pri A
high pri B
mid pri C
mid pri D
low pri E
low pri F

If you change the priority of task F to unbreak now it should jump to the top of the list and stay there on page refresh. If you change it to mid pri it should appear just below D and stay there on refresh, etc.

(Filing 'cuz this is likely to be a pain. I want to work on it tomorrow 3/5. Give a shout if this behavior sounds bad or bust or whatever.)

Yeah, this is probably a pain to implement. I agree that the behavior is desirable.

We have a similar case for T4407, where adding a new task should slot it correctly.
