I had removed the lazy version of line separators, as people should be explicit in code or json when they want a new section displayed. I don't know if we should just go back and infer from section header or create a new 'divider' type. Thoughts?

I have a mild preference for just putting them back in unconditionally, since I think they always looked good and there are no situations where we don't want them that I can come up with.

(I'm fine with doing manual stuff too, but I think we currently always want the line and it always maps one-to-one with a section header. Unless we think that might change, making it default seems generally easier.)
