Add keyboard navigation to Conpherence

Description

There should be keyboard navigation in Conpherence. I think you should be able to:

  • scroll up and down the conpherence list with the keyboard
  • tab into a conpherence to message

Leaving this one in "needs triage" as I am not sure everyone agrees, and the spec could maybe use more details.

ctrl + enter should send the message

I fixed Control + Enter in T704, behavior-wise at least.

@scp gave me an idea that we could use keyboard shortcuts to cycle through threads/rooms in durable column. You see a message indicator in another room, hit a button and it loads in.
