Description

The Asana API no longer appears to return id from the users/me call. It returns gid instead.

The call is explicitly versioned in the URI as "1.0". All web "standards" are made up.

Anyway, it looks like we can just swap to "gid".

This may also impact the Doorkeeper integration, which reads "id" fields from a few calls.

These changes seem to have stuck.
