Correct several issues with "Move to Project..." on Workboards

Description

  • The column selection for "Move to Project..." is incorrect, and shows the current board's columns rather than the target board's columns.
  • Proxy columns (subprojects and milestones) are available for selection, but should not be. Their behavior is complicated/misleading.
  • Hidden columns are available, but not cued.
