Build project Parent with subproject SP. Have some user member of SP.
Explicitly subscribe project Parent to a task and set View policy to Subscribers.
Members of SP can't see task.

My install is old and can't be updated right now, but the Discourse report is at rP3f2419eebb611.

Thanks, I wasn't able to puzzle out the reproduction instructions on the original report since they didn't mention actually making any policy changes.
