Minor nit, but following the email preferences link in emails takes me to the detailed preferences pane, but in some cases I want to shut off all email or self email, and if I'm a new user, the fact these are on a second pane seems non-obvious.
I'm happy to do the work unless we feel these should be separate pages.
Ahhh, ok, these were all in one place. Yeah it's hard to find. I wanted to turn off self-actions, but "Preference" link sends me to a place that doesn't have that link so it seemed a point of user confusion.
Let's just take another look at this during/after T10448? I think that's happening soon enough and this is minor enough that it's probably not worth fixing separately.
