For Maniphest changes, I would like to only receive emails that directly ping me. I.E. they use "@mattflaschen", e.g.

@Mattflaschen What do you think?

I don't want to receive emails for a comment if I am CCed to the task, but no one pinged me in that particular comment.

I am fine if I receive all the emails as long as I can filter them in my email client. Perhaps a X-Phabricator-Mail-Tags field could do this, e.g. <maniphest-ping>
