I'm new to using Phabricator, and I can't seem to find any up-to-date documentation. I've added new subtypes to my local installation, but how do I edit them?

Alternatively, where is the current documentation, so I can read myself? I already checked the docs at (https://secure.phabricator.com/book/phabricator/).
