I couldn't find any related discussion so I'm opening it as a feature request, apologies if it was already discussed before.

As a user I can upload a file and, after that, I can also edit or delete it from the Web-UI.
I was quite surprised to discover that an Admin cannot edit/delete other user's files, the two links are grayed out.

If there might be conflicts with accessing the file in some cases due to custom policies, at least the possibility to "blindly" delete a file should be granted to the Administrators, in particular in cases of open installations where cases of vandalism/abuse are possible.
