Phrequent can be accessed through Conduit (D7327), but this seems not to be documented in the list of Conduit API methods: https://secure.phabricator.com/conduit/query/all/

Event Timeline
Phrequent is not installed on this server. Conduit only shows methods from installed applications.
Phrequent is a prototype application, and we don't provide support for these types of apps. Mostly it's expected that they will be incomplete and once we do move them to being officially supported they will have these features naturally (for example Conduit is "free" for any modern application.)
Go to Conduit on your install.
A lot of Phabricator's documentation is dynamic, and should be viewed on your local install. Only your local install has the version, configuration, viewer, installed applications, third-party extensions, etc., that you'll actually be running against, so only your local install can provide accurate documentation.
Thanks for the hint!
One more question: Is getting the time spent by everyone on an object through Conduit supported? From the code it appears not. If that's correct: Would a patch be accepted that implements this, despite the feature not being on your roadmap and the application not being supported?
