I love using Phabricator's time-tracking feature, but sometimes I'll get distracted while working on a task and I'll forget to stop the timer. I'll also admit that sometimes I get distracted reading up on other tasks and documentation in my instance, and I'll forget what I'm supposed to be doing.

I propose a modal be added, similar to the one shown prompting the user to reconcile timezones or when they are in high security mode, to remind the user that they are actively working on a project. Clicking on the toast could bring up a modal allowing the user to end the time tracking. Something as simple as this would be great for me, and I'm sure it would help others, as well.
