Display numerical indicator for authored, ready to land differentials on the differential home page menu item

Description

Much like the indicator next to assigned maniphest tasks, I would like to know how many differentials that i have authored, are ready for me to land, from the homepage menu item.

This is something that did work in a previous version of Phabricator but not in the one we are currently using.

Here is a screenshot outlining the request

If this is something that has moved to an admin setting and turned off by default then please advise, I could not find anything under any other settings to allow me to turn this on.

Hey @epriestley, Ideally i'd just like to ask a question on where this feature has gone. I posted in the IRC channel but got no response.

Could you please direct me to a better place to pose this question to someone?
