This one is a bit silly but now that I've seen it I can't unsee it so I figured I would file a bug report.

In the Differential commenting UI two elements are misaligned by a couple pixels.

See the dropdown for action is ever so slightly to the right compared to the box for commenting. This was on Safari (Version 10.0 (12602.1.50.0.10))
