Ability to add Room per Project
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

When we create a project will be useful to have a room per project.
That way we can avoid long discussions about parameters of the project, exact goal of tasks and most of all - unneeded or miss defined tasks. It's most usual chat-like conversations to be done in chat rooms not like taks/sub-tasks/task comments.
At that stage of Phab development also there isn't ability to add whole project team like members of specific project in chat room, like it's able to add project members in "bundle" to task.

Sorry, this still isn't what we need, and going back and forth to help understand your use case and define your feature request isn't a good use of our time, which is why we've written such extensive documentation in Contributing Feature Requests and Describing Root Problems to try to make it easy to file requests we can accept. Unfortunately, we can't move forward with this request.

Why? We set up email integration before, but each task needs to have specific projects so that didn't work and now I'm stuck doing the entry by hand.
This is in the realm of reasonable, and likely easy to solve with custom inbound addresses and Herald rules, or with a small extension to Herald. We might try to improve the documentation to make the feature easier to discover or understand.

We setup rooms to discus problems per project but when there is 100 members in that project, creator of room must add it one-by-one input their names in text field.
At last - is it there chat room per project? No. That is the root of the problem. Can we add all the members of project to room? No. That's the second root of the problem. Must to be a tree with many roots? I don't thing so...
