Allow users to navigate between revisions when viewing a file.
Closed, WontfixPublic

Description

When viewing a particular revision of a file, to see other revisions a user has to click on the history view, remember which revision they were looking at, then clickt he next one they want to see.

It would save time if there were a away to navigate between revisions from the change view.

We used to have a smaller view of nearby commits that dropped in the port out of Facebook, but I thought it was pretty useful. Should be fairly easy to restore it.

Do you mind if I ask why this was closed as Invalid?

We haven't seen more interest in this since 2012 and this task no longer meets modern criteria for feature requests (see Contributing Feature Requests).

In Git, we show parents, and commits may have an arbitrary number of descendants. I'm not sure if "revision" here means "Differential Revision" or "commit".

If you still have a request in this vein, feel free to file a new issue following modern guidelines.
