Reproduction

Alice creates a task which is available to all users.
Bob adds some information to the task or just subscribes the task.
Alice changes the task visibility and editable access to a project which Bob is not a member of (Example some Restricted project)
Bob sees an active notification which does not appear in the list and also can not be marked by Marked All Read.

How can Bob change the status of the notification?
