When previewing remarkup that uses checkboxes, the checkboxes themselves are laid out counter-intuitively.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a place to comment
2. Add some checkmarks using remarkup:

{icon check-square-o} **TODO**
[ ] Get the grapes
[x] Eat the grapes

3. Click the icon to preview
4. Note the odd layout with the checkbox
