Currently the Harbormaster repository list just shows the callsign or R123 format for the repository against the buildable. For example, on this instance:

Most of our newer repositories on our instance don't have callsigns, so our buildables list ends up just being R203 underneath a bunch of commits and there's no way to tell at a glance what repository is being built.

Instead, I'd expect this to show rP Phabricator or R123 My Repository for non-callsign based repositories.
