Edit Queries/Advanced Search 404s from Settings page

Description

It looks like instance administrators can get 404 errors by:

  • Go to phabricator.mycompany.com/settings/;
  • Select Edit Queries (/settings/list/query/edit/) or Advanced Search (/settings/list/query/advanced/) in the sidebar;
  • See 404 error

Noticed this on our install and reproduced on a new Phacility test instance with:

This was fixed by D16238 (Tuesday, July 5). It's available at HEAD of master and will promote to stable and be available in the Phacility cluster in a little more than 24 hours.
