Whenever a Harbor Master build trigged from a Herald rule fails, I receive an email e.g.

[Diffusion] [Build Failed] rHYPER32697a3e298a: [Server] Added authentication layer

I would like to disable these emails but I have no idea where to look - the email footer just says:

EMAIL PREFERENCES
https://hyper.phacility.com/settings/panel/emailpreferences/

But there's not even a "Diffusion" section in there.

Ideally, the email footer would instead say something like:

This email was sent because of the change "Diffusion: Other revision activity not listed above occurs."
